"We live by a ‘work hard play hard’ mentality. We put an emphasis on truly developing someone and hitting goals that they may have not known they were capable of. We’re all about raising the bar. We also take pride in our close-knit culture, where we truly care about the people we bring onto our team."

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Jal, Mex. Daniel Kourchenko moved to the United States at age thirteen. In high school, he was involved in the DECA club and also played soccer. Later he attended Johnson County Community College where studied Marketing and Political Science. He enjoyed his membership in the Model United Nations club where the team won national recognition. Daniel wrapped up his schooling at the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry.
After college, Daniel was interested in both the sales and medical fields. He interviewed for a lot of science-related jobs at labs that seemed incredibly boring. He decided to look for sales jobs just for fun and stumbled upon LJC Business Partners.
Daniel has become an integral part of the LJC Business Partners team. He has gained a lot of experience in sales, team leadership, and business development, and is currently leading market expansion in Charlotte.
Outside of work, Daniel’s favorite hobby is traveling around the U.S. and abroad. He loves experiencing different cultures and meeting new people. He also enjoys visiting new restaurants and cooking for friends and family any chance he gets. Daniel loves going on runs and playing soccer-- his favorite event to join once a year is the Iron Man.
